I have to start by saying that Heather was an absolute gem to work with on what initially felt like a very daunting task — selling a house in Saratoga Springs, NY, while based in Barbados. Heather went above and beyond to help prepare the property for the market, coordinating everything from minor repairs and painting to gardening and decorating. The photos she arranged for the listing were beautiful and truly showcased the property at its best. Within just a few days of going on the market, we received multiple offers, and Heather and her team skillfully guided me through the process to negotiate the best one. I was very lucky to find Heather. She is an excellent real estate agent. She was very patient and understanding of my needs. We looked at a number of properties and she was always happy to explore new areas of town that I had not been to before. We were in touch the whole way through the process, and she had all the answers to my questions. When it came time to close, she was there every step of the way. I would highly recommend her, not just for her professionalism but also for her personality!
